Two editions down. Riders from across Europe, thousands of kilometres of cobbles and gravel, and a lot of stories told back at camp.
Three routes, a bigger field and a redesigned Flandrien loop. Riders left Camping De Kluis on a Saturday morning and trickled back in over the following days — some fresh, most not. This edition landed right in the middle of the first heatwave of the year, and the field still finished at a rate of over 80%. So proud of every rider who got through it.
The inaugural MONUMENTAL. Two routes, a hand-drawn idea and a group of riders willing to trust it. The fastest Flandrien finisher came home in 13 hours; the lanterne rouge on the Grand Tour finished 4h before cut-off, and got the loudest cheer.
