Early bird tickets are 10 per route and available for one week starting 27th September 2026. FLINTA & POC tickets are a reserved allocation that stays open after the early bird tickets are gone, at €10 below the regular price.

03 — Event schedule

Event schedule

  • Friday 14 May 2027, from 18:00 — welcome and accreditation
  • Friday 14 May 2027, 20:00 — rider briefing
  • Saturday 15 May 2027, 08:00 — event start
  • Tuesday 18 May 2027, 23:59 — finish line closes

There is no cut-off on the Grand Tour. If you come home after the finish line closes, just post the tracker back to us.

04 — Small print

Good to know

FLINTA and POC tickets

FLINTA stands for Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans and Agender individuals. POC, People of Colour, refers to people who are racialised or face systemic discrimination based on their ethnicity or skin colour.

Gravel and ultra-distance events have traditionally seen a real gap in participation between genders and underrepresented groups. A reduced ticket will not fix that on its own, but it removes one barrier. Pick the FLINTA & POC ticket for your route in the shop below. We rely on riders choosing it in good faith.

Spreading the payment

We want everyone to be able to join. If paying the full amount in one go is difficult, or if spreading it out would help, contact us at info@monumentalgravel.com and we will find a workable solution.

Mandatory documentation

After registration we will get in touch to ask you for:

  • A copy of your ID or passport
  • A copy of your personal insurance
  • A health certificate
  • A signed liability waiver

Terms and conditions

By buying a ticket and registering for MONUMENTAL, you agree to the following:

  • You agree to our cancellation policy, below.
  • You agree to comply with our rulebook. We reserve the right to disqualify riders who break these rules or behave unsafely.
  • Tickets can only be bought through us. They are personal, so contact us if you want to transfer yours to someone else.
  • Switching between routes is possible up to the rider briefing, with our approval.
  • You agree not to misuse the FLINTA and POC ticket. If it is bought when it does not apply to you, the registration is not valid and we will ask you to pay the open amount.
  • The documentation listed above must be provided on request.

Cancellation policy

  • You can apply for a 100% refund up to 14 days after registering.
  • Up to 30 March 2027, your registration is 50% refundable.
  • After 30 March 2027, your registration is non-refundable.
