What's included in the entry fee?

This price does not include the deposit for the GPS tracker. When buying your ticket, the €100 deposit will also be charged. The deposit amount will be fully refunded after the tracker is returned in proper condition.

  • FLINTA stands for Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans, and Agender individuals. POC, People of Color, refers to people who are racialized or face systemic discrimination based on their ethnicity or skin color.

  • We believe in fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for everyone. Gravel cycling and ultra-distance events have traditionally seen a disparity in participation between genders and underrepresented groups. By offering a discount specifically for FLINTA and POC individuals, we aim to encourage broader participation. This reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive cycling community. If you belong to this category, you can claim the discount by simply using the code FLINTAPOC when registering. You get a 10% reduction. (We rely on our participants using this code in good faith.) 

About the payment: We want to organize an inclusive event and give everyone the possibility to join. If you have problems paying the (full) amount, or if it would be better to spread out the payment, please contact us and we’re happy to look for a suitable solution!

After registration, we’ll contact you to ask you for:

By purchasing a ticket and registering for MONUMENTAL, participants agree to these terms and conditions:

  • You agree to our Cancellation Policy (see below).
  • You agree to comply with Our Rulebook. The Organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate these rules or exhibit unsafe behavior.
  • Tickets for the event can only be purchased through us. Tickets are personal and in case you want to transfer it to another person, please contact us.
  • Changing from the long Grand Tour to the short Flandrien Tour, or the other way around, is possible upon approval of the Organizers.
  • You agree to not make misuse of the FLINTA discount code: if you apply the discount code when it is not applicable to you, your registration is not considered valid and we’ll ask you to pay the open amount.
  • Following documentation should be provided upon request:
    • Copy of personal ID or Passport
    • Copy of personal insurance
    • Health certificate
    • Signed liability waiver

  • Riders may apply for a 100% refund up to 14 days after registration.
  • Up to the 30th of April 2026, your registration is 50% refundable.
  • After the 30th of April 2026, your registration is non-refundable.
